When the customer provides a logo, name, artwork, photograph, text, sign or other material for printing or product manufacturing, the customer confirms that they have the right to use that content.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the material provided:

• does not infringe copyright;
• does not infringe trademark rights;
• does not infringe rights to a business name;
• does not infringe the rights of third parties;
• is not unlawful, offensive, discriminatory or misleading.

Nina Plast 025 may refuse to manufacture a product containing material where there is reasonable suspicion that the material is unlawful or infringes third-party rights.

The customer bears responsibility for third-party claims arising from content supplied by the customer.

10. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES

Production and delivery times are determined for each specific transaction.

• previously contracted orders;
